2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided are free and based on the information given by the customer.
Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition, size, or additional requirements of the property.
Shoreline Shine reserves the right to adjust quotes upon inspection.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late or failed payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee.
Shoreline Shine reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or unsafe conditions.
5. Property Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area.
Please remove vehicles, furniture, and personal belongings before the scheduled service.
Shoreline Shine is not responsible for damage to items left in the cleaning area.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we take great care in protecting your property, Shoreline Shine is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage, wear, or structural issues.
Damage caused by fragile materials not disclosed prior to service.
Mold, algae, or stains that cannot be fully removed due to surface condition.
7. Warranties & Guarantees
Shoreline Shine guarantees professional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, discoloration, or organic growth if surfaces are severely damaged or deteriorated.
